Committee Ballots
As required by S&P Board Prcedures, major decisions or directions of the committee are subject to affirmation by a committee ballot. Typically these ballots take one of two forms. Administrative Ballots address some aspect of committee administration or operation. Examples include work group formation, changes to leadership positions, etc.
Approval of draft documents for submission as committee work products (e.g., standards, technical reports, etc.) is also subject to a committee ballot. The approval requirements are as defined in the S&P Procedures.
